Use the Zendesk link to start a Modification Request https://tranepresalesupportcso.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Modifications are available for All Commercial Equipment, with the exception of Light Commercial equipment smaller than 27.5T built in Clarksville or Any Residential Units. In those cases, contact PartsID for those units.
